By purchasing products or engaging LeafLab for rental and maintenance services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LeafLab.
All sales are final upon delivery unless plants are damaged in transit. Rental agreements are subject to the specific duration and terms outlined in your service contract. A deposit may be required for rental services.
For rental clients with maintenance packages, we provide regular care visits. We guarantee plant health and offer free replacement for any plants that decline under our care, subject to the terms of the maintenance agreement.
LeafLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service provided.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or supply chain disruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
For clients with full maintenance packages, we promise to replace any unhealthy plants within 48 hours of verification, ensuring your space always looks its best.
